International shipping times

Hello! I was wondering a few things and hopefully you all can help me! What is a reasonable time to expect an international package to be delivered from the USA? I have had a couple of customers state they have not received their order at it has been almost a month. Has anyone else experienced this lately? Also I was wondering if the items don't turn up how to proceed with refunding the order? Thanks so much for the feedback!

Time varies a lot. I had items show up in a week and some taking as long as 6 weeks.
