How to add international shipping?

Apologies if I have missed this somewhere. I have set up the Canadian shipping methods for my store. Is there anywhere to enable shipping to other countries or anything I have to do other than add shipping methods?

Also, kudos to being able to limit the order amount, that makes me a lot more comfortable starting out here!

    You just need to set which countries you want the shipping method to apply to. If you dont have any applicable shipping methods for a country, thats equivalent to not shipping there.

    Very good, thank you! It was tripping me up because it still shows "ships to USA" on my store home page, but I am guessing that if I had a Canada shipping address it would show "ships to Canada" when I have shipping methods set up for Canada?

    That particular thing is based on your IP address, I think it has tripped a few people up. If you want to test it, you can use the shipping calculator on the cart, you can choose the country on that.
