I ordered some stuff about three weeks ago. After about two weeks, I contacted the seller and still haven't heard back, nor seen the order. I do know this whole part of the country is messed up shipping wise because of the bad weather, but I would expect the seller to give me an update. If order no shows and seller continues to not respond to contact, how do I dispute?

Does the order page show any tracking? Should the shipping method selected provide tracking? (although some sellers omit to enter the tracking number)
What does the seller's feedback look like? Is it a serious and established seller, or a newcomer with no feedback?
I had to start a PayPal dispute since the seller does not respond whatsoever. .
That store lied to me. They said they shipped my order on Feb 4th.. (I ordered in January) but they actually never shipped it.
Proceed with the Paypal claims and get your money back. Sorry for that bad experience!
I got one response from them in the beginning where they said that they had messed up orders and shipped to the wrong customers etc.. but like their feedback shows, they haven't sent out any orders at all. then when they offered me a refund i accepted.. after that i did receive a message saying she could pull another order for me since they had a bunch of sets stacked up and that she would update me. never heard back :-( i don't think she could had pulled a order from over 4000+ parts from a few sets they still had laying around somewhere..
