Combined invoiced/picking list

It would be great if we could have an option to generate a combined invoice and picking list for combined orders.
I just had a customer generating 8 orders combined together some with the same parts and that would have been a time saver (and could save a tree or two).

    I think it would be great if they were combined into one order page showing separate batches and separate charges as they were applied.

    I used to think implementing this wouldn't be worth the trouble.

    And then I received 11 orders from the same customer, to be all packed and shipped together! Darn, merging them all together for printing and picking would be handy. :)
