About us page disabled

It seems my "About us" page is disabled. How can I re-enable it? If it would have been enabled where could I see it?

Yeah that I know. It shows me:

About Us 29 Jun 2013 13:25 Never Disabled

But on the page itself there is no checkbox of any sort to enable it. Do I need to change it first?

When you edit it, isnt there a "page enabled" checkbox?
