I wanted to show my Wife my store in progress here - she entered brickowl.com - and was a little surprised that the home page is so "plain" - she said "I thought it was more colorful" when she got to the store she said that "it looked better"
Your home page / landing page is very important, especially to get attention of those stopping by.

Are you planning on a more enticing (fancy) home page?

Yes and no, I'm aware it doesn't look great, but I don't have plans on how to improve it at the moment. I'm open to suggestions.
