Excludes higher priced shipping rates

I have different shipping rates as shown [see attached image]. It would be great if you could exclude the high rate ones e.g. Medium Parcel and Larges Parcels? (These are based on weight and size) so I can’t have different band options.

To many options I think for buyers.
