I think I figured out why there is such a lack of feedback on this site, it's just not obvious on the buyers side for less experianced users.
On the sellers side the tab 'Orders received' gives plenty of little icons (see screenshot), when I hover over them, I receive info of what they mean, the one I circled has quite some info, for example I know it's a repeated customer, that the order is in combination with a previous one, that I left feedback (and if I didn't, the '' is a clickable tab that brings me to the feedback page), I know my buyer left feedback etc.etc.
But on the buyers side, it looks quite different, there is just a tab 'my actions', if the buyer doens't click it, he doesn't know what to do.
I think it would be good buyers side would have a similar overview as the sellers side.
With the 2 tabs for feedback received and feedback to leave, an icon that indicates the seller shipped, maybe clickable icon that allows to put the order as 'received' without having to open the order, the contact button etc.
It would be a lot more obvious and understandable from the buyers side and draw more attention to the actions to be taken.
And while I was waiting to be able to upload pictures (thanks for the repair Admin), I had a mailexchange with one of my buyers, and he was formal as well: it just isn't obvious in the overview. So Icons to put the orders as 'received' and icons that allows to leave feedback would be much more conveniant

Allthough I do believe there should be more icons with other actions or more info.
Most sellers have quite some experiance and all is obvious, but the buyers experiance in those regards should really be as easy as possible, particulary as the flood of new and unexperianced buyers is quite high, a little button for 'received' an indication that says the order is in shipped status, lot's of things could be added to make the visual experiance even better. Doesn't have to be done in 1-2-3, and maybe we need a little more input from buyers only.
Let's see how these icons on buyers side work out :-)
