Rectify text coding on refunds

seems like the (html?) coding for refunds causes a textual discrepancy:

28 Dec 2014 20:05 Refund Created - Subtotal 0.00, Shipping 5.19, Adjustment 0.00, Total 5.19, Note Remboursement d'une partie des frais d'envoi.

' was replaced &#039, I wrote in French, particulary the French language uses different kind of accents so I assume this will be the same with any accent?

Could this be modified please.

That has now been fixed for future refunds. It's just a display issue on that particular part of the page, the message to the customer in the e-mail is formatted correctly. Thanks for reporting that.
