hello,
does someone else have a problem that the system does not charge the costumers for shipping??
all my shipping methods are enabled and i haven't changed anything either..

Yes I just got a large order and shipping is $0 dollars, should have gone to request a quote option. I never had problem in the past.

it's from a new member and the 2 orders i received before have their shipping charges applied..

I believe you have all now been contacted by e-mail, there should only have been three orders affected as far as I can see.
