Tile 6x6 part number

I have some 6x6 medium stone gray tile that I am trying to list but I noticed some have bottom tubes and some don't.

I can see two entries in the catalog. Design ID 6881 and design ID 10202 (brickset seems to indicate that only 10202 should have medium stone gray). Are the one without bottom tubes a different part number ?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

6881 = without bottom tubes, or at least only around the edge
10202 = bottom any tubes, available in MSG and dark green

Thanks, the BL inventory seem to confirm this. Must have been tired yesterday and didn't figure it out
Will update the catalog with "with bottom tubes" for 10202
