Minifigures??

I'm wanting to buy about 5 - 10 minifigures, however, all the ones I can find are too expensive. They don't have to be any sort in particular- just the sort of casual City minifigs that are different from eachother.
I am wondering if it is cheaper to buy individual minfigure parts (torso, arms, head and legs)
They reason they don't really matter what type is because I am going to apply my own decals to them.
Thoughts??

You should be able to find some cheap generic ones above depending on if they are still in stock and the sale is still on.

When browsing a store, try looking specifically for minifigs under the City, Advanced Models (modular, etc.) or Miscellaneous categories. They generally are cheaper than other minifigs.
