Giving shipping quotes

Hi, I know when you send a quote there's only one box for one price, but how can we send two quotes (for 1st class and 2nd class postage?) Is there any way this can be changed so we can give alternatives like this?

Being able to append a short note to the shipping quote, for any explanation that might be required, would be handy too.

I agree a comment box would be very useful, especially if shipping involves sending to other countries.

Also agree, I always send a message offering a second class shipping price as well.

I'm afraid giving multiple shipping quotes would require a rewrite of the whole system so that's unlikely to happen anytime soon. I will try and find some time to support quote response comments as soon as I can.

Maybe when a customer asks for a quote they could tick a box saying
Faster (more expensive)
Slower (cheaper)

I think if people are in a hurry they'll probably ask for it to be shipped quicker.

IIRC the customer can currently add a note so they can say if they need it quick.
