No stores with item for sale?

I just went through all of the Newest Items on the front page and every single one of them was not available for sale. Unless I'm missing something. I think it would be more beneficial to have Popular Items or Recently Added Items. Or better yet, items you might be interested in based on what you looked at last time you were on the site

trying to look at it from a buyer's point of view, and then I would like to be able to browse 'only items available for sale'

When you are browsing through the catalogue, there is an option in the filter section to do just that

if you mean to filter by 'in inventories', this doesn't filter out unavailable items. I tried, and there are items where it says that no store has it for sale.
BTW, couldn't you replace 'in inventories' by some other wording, maybe 'for sale' or 'available'? Would be clearer, I think.

I mean when you are browsing the catalog, for example http://brickowl.com/catalog/lego-parts

On the left lower down there is a filter section, there is a filter for "for sale only"

The sorting method of "in inventories" sorts by how many item inventories an item is in, not stores.

I tried that with key chains last night. It filtered from 692 to 140. On a hit of random ones of the 140, none were actually in any store.

I've just tried that out now, hitting lots of them and they all seem to be for sale. There is an issue where the category count is reading low though,

Does it show you any obvious filters enabled? I think it is meant to remove the filters if it would result in no items for sale being shown to you, but I'm not sure it working correctly. For me, there are items for sale if I do not have any filters enabled

When I click on the Aayla Secura keychain, my filters are set to "All countries", "World", "Min Qty 1". I do however see on "Condition" "New (2)". But below all that it says "There are currently no stores selling this item."

That is now fixed, sorry for the delay, it was the region filter that was not being disabled when there were no results. You presumably have it set to North America. It should now work on that keychain and others if I have fixed it correctly.
