Problem with Accounting

hello admin,

i have an Problem with the Fee Payment via paypal.
i have paid these fees twice. Please can you refuse the second payment at 14:47 GMT?

it was ugly, after the first payment the Brickowl account don´t react.
i hope it is not an bug.

After you pay the commission, it takes a minute or two be reflected on Brick Owl. it looks like the second payment has been correctly applied to your account so you most likely then wont need to pay the commission next month.

ok, understand it right that the Brickowl system accepted both payments?
and first line show a credit value?
And how effected it the afflicate fees? I don´t see them.

By the way:
It is better, if each fee have his own balance sheet.
I think, it would be more better for the overview.

In the account page, you should see both payments, and the new balance, you now have a positive balance.

ok, i understand it right in case of BO Fees.
But why it is the payment combined with the afflicates fees.
There an seperate point of costs or not?

Affiliate fees are paid separately when they reach a certain amount. You don't pay anything until you have passed that point.

I thought, that the Afflicate Fees for rebrickble and wall of bricks, become paid seperatly.
I don´t see the balance overview on the left side, so i think it is paid.
Can it be that, i paid these fees with this double payment?

Stragus, yes that is the stand of my knowlege.
But the balance overview on the left side is lost, so i think it is paid.

It doesn't look like you owed any affiliate commission, so you have not paid any, you have only paid for Brick Owl commission.

Paid mine this morning but it still says I owe wallofbricks £5 but I can't seem to do it.

Lawrence, ok the the brickowl fee is paid.
But i can not see the stand of the balances.
Between the explanation and the lines, was the stand of balances.
This was gone after the payment.
