Part-Out problem? Alt column blank

When I try to part out a set, I am not seeing the notes (numbers that tie the alternates together) in the ALT column.

Unfortunately, I only noticed this after I had parted-out a few sets. I am thinking that this will include BOTH variations in my inventory, which will be overstated. If this is the case, does anyone know an easy fix for this?

Could you show a screenshot of a set this is happening on that you think should be showing numbers? The system should also warn you

Sure.

Here is a screen from parting out the set 60020:

Usually I see the number tying the three versions of the Vertical Clips in the Alt column.

Also, yes, I usually get the warning if I miss anything (unmarking one of them) when I try to validate, but in these cases, I did not.
