sticker over assembly - how to?

I need to create an item (sticker over assembly) for an alternate group in an inventory. How can this be done? As custom?

    Create a new item, enter the ID as unknown. Name it appropriately and it can later be put in the stickered assembly category when it is approved.

    thank you, fine. This will be great, as the sticker is difficult to find. Necessary for the Fabuland motel, but not in BL catalog as stickered part/assembly. If it's listed here as a part, maybe some such items will show up

    Righto, the fact we do not use any real numbers internally seems to be quite handy as we do not have to make up any numbers to list the item. If for example BrickLink later do create the item, you can attach the BrickLink item number onto the item to match it up.
