Are we going to get volunteer moderators ?

On blink the site has lots of volunteer moderators , catalogue submissions , forum etc .. is brick owl going to have the same ?

Yes, but this will come later on when I have more tools in place to make this possible.

If you are going to have forum moderators who are also sellers, you should NOT give them the power to ban or suspend posting privileges or to cancel sales or promotional posts by other sellers. There are very real legal issues with giving a seller the power to take away site benefits given to a competing seller. Even more so if the rules for doing so are unclear, subjective or unevenly enforced. The Forum can be a very powerful tool for sellers to build a reputation, goodwill and generate sales. From a legal anti-competition point of view, no seller should be able to prevent another seller from posting sales or shop announcements or other posts that may generate goodwill for that seller. There is potential legal liability to both BrickOwl and the seller/moderator.

Hopefully people here will behave themselves and not get themselves banned numerous times before finally receiving a permanent ban from the site owner.
