What to do with non-delivery claim?

edited November 2014 in General Vote Up0Vote Down
This is pre-emptive. I have a possible ONR coming. This AM customer asks "where is order"?

Tracking shows as delivered October 10th (in Australia) I checked the label which has the correct address being shown as Billing, Shipping and PayPal.

I am unaware of issues with Australian PO? Customer has no previous ONR's

The order is of value ($110)

I will check with USPS anyone dealt with anything like this?

Thanks Graham

  • If you have tracking, Paypal (assuming that was the payment method) will side with you, I had a similar ordeal with a small order from a repeat customer and just refunded despite tracking showing as delivered, I had a high value item on ebay with a similar story and I won the case with an unhappy customer I'm sure they were just trying it on, and they were blocked from leaving a negative feedback by ebay.
things do go missing from time to time, But at a high value its a hard decision, most of us are here to at least in part make some money not give it away, you have fulfilled your part of the deal by sending the parts and can prove so,
