Paypal says: Unfortunately, this necessary step may cause compatibility problems resulting in the inability for customers to pay with PayPal on your site or other processing issues.
Are we using Transport Layer Security (TLS) already?

The PayPal libraries have been updated and ported over. We should now be fine for this. Obviously let me know if any PayPal issues crop up as result.
