Custom Submission

I submitted a custom figure to add to my store some time back and never heard a thing back? Did I need to do something more on my end. Was it not submitted correctly and just ignored? what should I do?

Do you remember what it was called? There are several item submissions I need to deal with but I don't think any of them are custom mini figures

it was a custom George Lucas figure, I provided a picture and description.

Looks like it doesn't have any data though, you can submit it via the edit tab

Great, yours was probably approved before I made the system to email and say its been approved

You should be able to list custom items for sale just the same as any other item

Strange I cannot see it in my store even though I listed it just like I did the other items? I only see 4 items in my store?

Oh, I see, that is now fixed, there was an issue with the category.

Cool thanks so much for the fix I am seeing it now. Now all I need is the picture I submitted approved and I will be good to go.

Great. Did you get the rejection email? The picture can't include the stand.

No email was received so did not know. I will change that. The stand is included so why cant it be in the picture?

It looks like the e-mail was sent outstanding amount, maybe it is in your junk. That might explain why you didn't notice the original item submission approval.

Minifigures can only have handheld accessories, if some minifigures include other accessories customers may get confused about what is included or not when it comes to other mini figures.

Ah makes sense, I will provide another picture. I will also check my email settings nothing was in my junk so might be my settings is all I can think of?

Ok new picture submitted. I was not able to find a way to edit my email address with Brick Owl and cant find any emails sent to me by y'all? is there a way to make sure the email I have with y'all is correct so that I know I am getting info sent to me?

I'm afraid I don't really know how to diagnose that, the e-mails are being delivered to your mail server and not being bounced so that would usually indicate something after that point is not showing e-mails. That would usually be some kind of spam filter along the way. You could try using a different e-mail address if you have another.

Don't you need permission from George Lucas to sell a "custom" figure of George Lucas? Making it for your own personal use is one thing. Selling multiple copies as part of your business is entirely another. Look at it this way.. If LEGO needs a license to sell George Lucas, Star Wars, Batman or other trademarked themed sets and figures, so do you.
