Paypal unclaimed

Not sure if I'm going slightly mad or if it's late and I need to go to bed!
I have 2 payments in paypal that say unclaimed.
I'm sure I used to click accept somewhere in paypal but I can't find it anywhere.

1 for Norway saying payment submitted in BO the other from Hungary.

Is there something I've missed because I can't find the accept button anywhere!

    It's been several years since I've had one of those, but IIRC, I had to add a corresponding email address to my Paypal account in order to claim the payment that was sent (in error) to that email address.

    Very strange! Just been looking again and was exactly the same. Went and copied a customers email. (Not sure if that's what you meant) was looking for somewhere to add it when I noticed 'accept' was by customers name. Scrolled down to the other one and it was exactly the same!!

    Both now accepted! Don't think I did anything to change it.
    I wonder why 'accept' wasn't there?

    No, I actually meant add the email address that the payment was sent to, assuming that it was different to the one that you normally receive payments on. Having said that, I don't think that would be likely to happen at BO with the email address restrictions etc. Seems like it may just have been a Paypal glitch. They've been having quite a few lately!
