buyer can't pay - problem with payment method

I have 2 payment methods enabled: IBAN and PayPal
Now there's a potential buyer who wants to pay with IBAN, but on checkout he only gets PayPal as choice. I tried to buy in my own store, and for me IBAN seems working (and I already had customers choosing IBAN). Why doesn't he have the possibility to choose between IBAN and PayPal? Any help appreciated, thank you all

Do you have their county selected for that payment method?

country? minimum/maximum for limits on IBAN payments?

thanks for your answers, but country should fit and minimum/maximum are the same (none) for IBAN and PayPal. However, I noticed that in his first message he gave me his email-address in clear - and it came through IN CLEAR, that's strange.

solved! was really a country problem (Switzerland not being in the EU)
