Setting Up Dymo with Brickowl

Just tried setting up my Dymo 450 with Brickowl without any success.
Have managed to print from the Dymo Software though so I know it's working.

Have set up a couple of Labels in the software, one with a graphic, address and sender info and the other with just the address and sender info.

following the BO instructions.
(You will need to find your Dymo label template and copy the contents into the textarea. To find your template, open up the latest version of the Dymo software, click on the labels tab on the top left, select your label right click on it, and then click 'show in Windows Explorer'. Open up notepad, drag this file onto it and copy the contents into the area above).

Have done all the above and I'm guessing this next step is where I'm going wrong.
(Replace the address in the label with !address and optionally insert the order number into the label with !ordered)

So in Notepad I've replaced the address I typed into the Label Template with !address.
Looking like
< String >!address< / String >
I've then copied and pasted into the box supplied in BO and saved.
When I click 'Print Label' next to Shipping address nothing happens!

Any idea where I'm going wrong?

If absolutely nothing happens, it is unlikely to be you replacing the address thing. I would check that you don't have any kind of script blocking stuff on your browser, and make sure you have the Dymo software installed, maybe open it as well.

Any idea what setting I'm looking for?

Have just tried it in Firefox and it worked.

Ok new problem!
How do I print my Picking list in Firefox?
Normally in IE11 I right click and print!

Control + "p" should do the trick.

Depending on what version of firefox you are using, the menu is on the top RIGHT corner-the button that looks like 3 lines. It was quite a while ago, but I remember when it used to be a button on the left hand side that said firefox or something that would give you your general web browser drop down menu. It took me a while to find it on my own...was using CTRL + P as well before I stumbled across it....

I have the same issue but I just cannot get it to work in IE, firefox of chrome, what could i try next ?

I have also a Dymo LW450, works fine here but I don't use it direct because some members make a mess of their address.
(works with IE11 and Chrome)

Ditto, I use the Dymo program and re-edit addresses as for most countries the BO way of showing does not comply, and indeed some buyers make a mess of their address on top. Couldn't make the Dymo program to work on my XP, so I use it on my laptop only (Vista)
