Order Details - Previous Messages

Just went to contact a customer and couldn't remember if I'd already messaged him.
Had to click on his previous orders and look for related messages.

It didn't take long but was thinking it would be handy if there was a 'Previous Messages' link.
Maybe under the 'Previous Orders' link

Would this be handy for anyone else?

    I would really like to see all messages related to the order show in full in the order details (like BL does). If you need to go back and look at an entire conversation you end up opening multiple emails instead of just being able to read it as one back and forth dialogue.

    I prefer to leave it as is.

    Less clicks if on the order, but then more ink is used since I print orders, and more pages to be printed, which in turn means heavier packages. Overall, adding the messages to the order page would cost us money.

    Oh, messages wouldn't have to print out just because they are visible on the order page.

    It's very configurable how a page should appear when printed and when viewed, you can hide whole sections.

    I would see link appearing under 'previous orders'
    Wouldn't need to be printed Chris.
    We already have 'related messages'

    You might have already discussed how they like parts packed.
    Or asked what they're building.

    A quick click and you can see what's been discussed before.
