I just turned on the Force Quote checkbox on a specific product, but all of a sudden the product can't be ordered anymore by people in The Netherlands (where my shop is located) and maybe other people. It says "Does not ship to NL". But at the detail screen I can still add it to the shopping basket.
Is this a bug? It doesn't really promote sales this way.

Thanks a lot. That fixed it. I think at the time (when BO started) there wasn't an option 'only show when no other shipping methods available'. So I limited by country indeed.
