Quote email message. Not showing in BO.

Just had an email about a quote.
But nothing is showing up in BO until I click all quotes.
I can then see it but there's nothing in the quote, even though the email shows 4 items.

Any ideas what's going on?

Just simulated it in your store, check if the same thing happens.
If so, I'll give you the reason :-)

Yes that's done the same.

Simple: Your buyer requested a quote, changed his/her mind, emptied their cart. Email was send to your inbox, but cart is gone, so nothing to 'quote' for anymore ;-)
