I got this email from a potential customer

Tried to pay with paypal twice and didn't work, tried with credit card, didn't work. Want to order but...

Anyone else having this issue? I have 3 other recent orders that appear to have went through just fine. Any ideas?

If you don't trust this, you can check in stripe if the payment really bounced.

Ask for more information as to what they mean by "didn't work"

I never got the order. Apparently the order would not go through. I will check with the customer for more info.

Here is the response from the customer,

Hi, for paypal it just does takes me through the first part but not to "pay now". Credit card just takes me back to shipping! Thanks for the quick response!

You could try suggesting they try a different browser / computer. It's possible they're using an old version of IE but it's difficult to diagnose.

Sounds like they haven't set up a valid credit card on their paypal account
