Looking for a bulk order

I just joined and I am looking to start up a Lego Club at my local library. I am looking to purchase a variety of Lego pieces (not minifigures) so approximately 10 children can build and create their own Lego creations each week. They will be displayed in the library for a week and then disassembled and they will build something new the next week. I am looking for basic bricks and speciality parts such as wheels, windows, base plates, etc.. If anyone can steer me in the right direction, I would love the help. I am in Canada so I would need stores that ship to Canada.

If all you really want is a mix of everything... LEGO produces several boxes of "basic bricks" with a variety of sizes and colors. You could complete with a few sets from the Creator line, which feature speciality parts (wheels, windows, etc.) but no minifigs.
