Hello everybody,
For a little over a year now I have made a habit (or service if you wish to call it ;-) ) of making pictures of the contents of an order and of the completely packed order (be it envelop or parcel). On the 'other' site I use the drive thru option to inform the customer of shipment, send an automatic copy to my e-mail address and then forward this message to the customer with the pictures attached.
I find that many customers appreciate this and they know what to expect i.e. what should arrive in their physical mailbox.
Is there any way to do this with BO orders too? Or is there another way of attaching such pictures/files to an order?
