Where to Report Problem Member?

Hi. Where and how do I report a member who is using the BrickOwl Community Forum to send abusive profanity laced name-calling messages? And what action will be taken against such a member? I don't want to bother reporting it if nothing will be done about it. Thanks!

Maybe Admin can add a "Report Abuse" button in the message system?
