ok so the amazing Emma of Em's bit's N Bob's (nice Logo) ;-) She mentioned I could go to 'orders' and 'download'. once I'd download it I could click on names and sort a-z. I then had to go though and count the names.
I had a clear leader with 31 orders. unfortunately she left me and went else where! didn't she Emma! lol
@Markyd7 If you are using excel, the quickest way (takes out counting by hand) is to download the CVS file like Emma had suggested. From there, sort the data by "Buyer's Name." After the data is sorted, you can use the subtotal feature. The Mac version has it under "Data," I forget where it is in the Windows version. With the subtotal screen up the options you'll want to select are:
At each change in: "BUYER NAME" Use Function: "COUNT" Add Subtotal To: "BUYER NAME"
I always select replace current subtotals and summary below data.
Once it is done, it will automatically count the number of times a name shows up. If you press the "2" box to the left of the row numbers, it will show the subtotals only and give you a cleaner view.
Hope this helps for manipulating the data to something easier to use
