Cloud Cuckoo's Snail

I just noticed that the snail out of the cloud cuckoo palace set is missing in the catalog. How would I add something like that?

I know it probably should be a mini build, but does it need to be added to the set inventory too? Since the parts of it are present in the inventory, that could cause confusion...

Any help would be appreciated!

    If you do it as a mini build, inventory it, then add the mini build to the Cloud Cuckoo Palace inventory, I would think the system would treat it like a minifigure where you can break assembly?
