Lots not showing remaining qty or external id
I noticed today while pulling orders that I am running across multiple lots across multiple orders that do not show the external ID. They also do not show any remaining qty . They would all be 0 quantity if the number showed at all.
Any idea what I did or why these lots are showing this way?
I part out in BL and transfer to BO through Brickstock. I have lots set to retain by default. I even went back to BL and searched through all my lots added in the last 2 weeks or so, and they all show to retain.
My BO inventory only shows 1 lot that does not have an external id, and I created that a couple days ago.
Today is the first day I've seen this in any order, so I'm wondering what I could have done, or if perhaps it is something in the system.
Any ideas on this?

I went through and deleted over 1,000 0 qty lots here yesterday. I didn't think about some of those lots being in active orders.
As far as the external id, then obviously I just need to pay better attention.
