Stripe Payment

I'm new to the marketplace and I am in the process of setting up my store. The Credit Card payment with Stripe is interesting. I have a few questions. What are the fees associated with it? Has anyone had any buyer issues? What if a return is needed, how is that process?

    The only problem I've had is when I left an order for a week due to a customer not needing it right away.
    After a week Stripe refunded him the full amount. He ended up paying through Paypal.
    I've since found out you can log into Stripe and accept the payment.

    Otherwise its been great.

    yes, and if a buyer files a complain with stripe or initiates a chargeback they charge you a $15 fee.

    then you have to proof your buyers bank that he was the one actually paying..
