I received an $80 order (with shipping) from a buyer who gave me an unconfirmed PayPal shipping address in Singapore. However, BO notes the buyer's country IP address as Indonesia. Should I be concerned? Or is the country IP address merely the address of the particular computer terminal from which the buyer placed this particular order?
Buyer feedback here is more than 30 and, of course, all positive. And there are no dings on his record (i.e. no chargebacks, non-payments or ONR claims). Other than the possibility that the buyer may have placed his order while traveling, I am just wondering what others do (if anything) when they receive orders from buyers where the country IP address is different than the shipping address. And yes, I did send the buyer a message thanking him for his order and politely asking him about this discrepancy. No response yet.

He also never replied to messages, including when I offered to split an order into 2 packages, to save on shipping and refund the difference.
I wouldn't be worried.
I think the 1st time the customer was away for work and was placing an order for when he got back.
The 2nd and 3rd time the customers had it sent to their families who then brought it out to them.
