I have just removed my MOV (I have never had an ALV on orders) and believe it or not I have also decreased most shipping bands - whereas before I was charging "retail" and paying commercial rate (at a 15% discount) - I have changed that to commercial + 60¢. The ONLY band that increased was 3oz domestic from $2.52 to $2.53. All others reduced (some dramatically) esp. international...
I figure that 60¢ is enough to cover all the upfront costs (with the exception of BO % and PP%).
OK here's a little (humorless) **funny** :-
The seller that forced this dreadful change also sells on eBay and Amazon - doesn't seem to have a problem with THEIR way - selling abiding by THEIR rules!!
p.s. the **funny** is in the head - think of the possible exchange of words, making the same demands of Amazon and eBay - all the time imagining John Cleese {{{please}}} "don't mention the sketch" - "I think I got away with it" and so on - I hope there's one or two old enough to get it…
