Entering quotes

It doesn't seem to be possible to enter quotes on a mobile, the popup doesn't appear, you just get an error saying that the quote should be a number. Could this be fixed?

I'm sure it would help if you would specify the platform and browser.

I vaguely remember it working fine in Chrome on a Nexus 7...

Works on iPhone 4. I have to pan around to find where to enter the quote.
