Vintage lego set

Hi, I have acquired 3 lego sets. Each set has a red briefcase type of
holder. They probably date back to the 1980's. They did not come with
instructions. There are small wheels, bricks, wall sections and some mini
figures. I am trying to figure out if someone purchased these as a kit, or
purchase the red Lego briefcase containers and just dumped in several
packages of Legos. I looked on your website through all of the.
Instructions and found nothing that matched. Can you be of any help in
trying to ID these sets of Legos.
