Inventory Upload issues

I was attempting to set up Brickpacker and realized that my BL and BO inventories were way off. I have very few BO lots, so I deleted them and then attempted to upload a ne .XML file with my BL inventory (which was correct). I am getting a huge list of errors that say, "No lot found with BL Lot ID of 52137482", but the ID# changes down the list. I can't sync my inventories on brickpacker until I get my BO inventory updated. Any help?

Use Brick Stock software for the upload. Then in Brick Owl use create new items without merging.
