Problem / questions on Order combining
Hello Afol´s,
i have an aktually question about order combining.
Can it be that the shiping costs become divided by the count of the orders, If i allow the order combining?
I have aktually an problem with domestic orders. The buyer choosen the shipping method with value of 5.00€.
But in the order stand 2.50€ for the shippingcosts. The same with the another order.
What can be wrong there?

When there is combined shipping the shipping cost on the second order should only show the increase in shipping cost in addition to the order combining fee:

If you add up the shipping costs for the two orders they should match your shipping rates. Looking at the tables provided in your store a domestic buyer might place an initial order of 20 EUR and they should be charged EUR 2.50 for shipping. If they place a second order for EUR 30 the order total would be EUR 50 and they should be charged a total shipping cost of EUR 5. Since EUR 2.50 was charged on the first order they should be charged another EUR 2.50 for the second order.
I have not noticed any issues with shipping costs for additions.
