Send a quote with a note
Every time someone requests a quote, I find myself sending a message too.
It can be just to say "You could add up to X grams for the same shipping rate", or " You could remove X grams to reduce shipping by $N". Other times, it's to notify a newcomer to BrickOwl requesting an international quote for a tiny order that it can be a better deal to place small orders from a seller in the same country.
Perhaps there should be a way to attach a small note to the quote? The buyer could then receive both in the same email.
