Shipping & Handling = N/A (What does this mean?)

I have placed my desired item into my shopping cart on the website of Brick Owl. I am know willing to my make the payment required for me to receive the product. However, I was quite puzzled when I got to the Shopping Cart webpage and discovered there was no evident price for shipping and handling although I live a great distance from the store that is selling the item. I then selected the option of "Request a quote" in the tab of "ESTIMATE SHIPPING AND TAX". This added the new text of "Shipping & Handling (Request a Quote)" above the option of "Proceed to cheakout". It equals the value of "N/A".
Does this mean that there is no price for shipping and handling?
I would really appreciate any help offered to me in relation to the topic.

    The shipping and handling estimate is Not Available (N/A). It could be because automated shipping calculations are disabled for bulky items, or just because this particular seller prefers to compute shipping fees himself.

    Just request a quote from the seller, he'll compute the shipping manually.
