Help with store pricing?

I have ended up in a real mess - I started off by trying to bulk adjust prices on a range of parts. I wanted to reduce by 10%.

I entered -10 in the field BUT I ended up with a price increase of 10%!!??

Now it got worse of a mess because items I had at 50% off to clear have gone, and I've ended up having to do something I really dislike - a permanent 20% off sale, at the moment on everything because I have lost track of what's what!

Somehow I need to reset pricing - I can't export to BrickStock, and to go through this number of lots one by one impossible.

Any ideas?

and how do you reduce prices in bulk?

You could restore a backup from before you made the changes. Looking at the code entering -10 should work if you use price - percent.

OK - I am near certain that's what I did - tho if you say the code would work then I guess I didn't.

With restore from back up how would i deal with the orders received in between?

Is there an easy way?

I've just checked it on my inventory also and it worked fine.

There isn't a way to deal with orders inbetween.

Price altering is different to sale, how did that clear the 50% items?

Also how do I do that? I tried to figure it out when it happened all I see is "Download"

You would need to download a backup, and then import it. Bear in mind it won't delete any lots, only update and create.

No I haven't Download Backup says XML (not yet importable)

@Admin - thanks for incorporating the backup/restore feature you may never need it BUT when you do…

I am terrible at making back ups despite having an HD crash (fortunately Apple thought of that too - Time Machine)
