Order page/ pick list changes

Would it be at all possible to have the columns on the order page or pick list changeable? I would much rather have the quantity column next to the checkboxes. Also the item cost and row total columns are irrelevant to me when pulling an order so I would love to be able to just delete those.

What would also be nice is to be able to turn on columns we personally use and off columns of information we don't need. We can do some of this on the Order Settings tab under Orders, but it would be nice if those click boxes were on the order page itself instead of on a separate page.

Same for the invoice, please. It's not useful as commercial or proforma invoice which you have to attach outside the package for customs. For the moment, I do copy/paste and then transform it in my program to a useful one. Quite a lot of work which I would very much like to avoid.
