How do I pay Brick Owl Fees?

I tried to search this on the forums with no success. I was also suspecting that maybe the fees were taken out automatically.

Once the fees are due, the system will give you a link on your my store page to pay them. If you do not owe over the minimum amout, it will not give you the option to pay them. There is a little description at the top of the account page which is linked to from your orders page.
