Catalogue Cart

Being relatively new to BrickOwl I'm not sure whether this has been mentioned before. The Catalogue Cart is an excellent way of gathering together multiple parts, and the cart provided me with an excellent source of the majority of them. However, there were a couple of lots that were not included, meaning I had to to go through what the supplier could provide to discover what they were. My suggestion therefore would be to identify any lots that are not included in a providers list and provide details of them in order to quickly discover and re-order those items.

  • Could you give us a bit more information about your issue. When you use the catalogue cart tool, you should be provided with 1-5 carts to checkout with. Anything that can't be allocated, should be highlighted in red in the list of items. Was that not the case?
  • In this case, it only listed one store and there were no items listed in red, or anywhere on the page displaying the results.
  • Ah okay, unfortunately I don't know why that would be. Everything in your catalog cart should be on the page and not hidden from you. I will keep an eye out for it it's reported again
