Phishing or real?

This showed up in my messages which generated an email. Is this a thing or no?

  • I’m guessing it’s phishing. It came from “Brick Help,” that’s been a member for three hours…

    Thank you for alerting us, we have contacted the affected stores, and will put in place further protections.

    We have seen this with previous attack vectors, that the malicious actors start on BL, BL slowly put in place steps to frustrate the actors, and then the actors move onto BO. Fortunately on Brick Owl, we are able to see every message that is sent.

    However i feel so safe here on Brickowl, but from the community but also from what the Amazing Lawrence do for us as sellers, but also for the brickowl site and protection :-)
  • @Malnaborg I even said to my SO that the email was for sure fake, because it doesn't read like Lawrence wrote it. That's how you know you have a good community !
