Problems with a buyer

I have an issue with a buyer. refuses every offer I make to set things right eventough he is the one that not picked up his package

He now wants a full refund including paypal fees and shipping costs
I gave him every update, track and trace and did everything in my power to satisfy him. He reported the package as missing 7 weeks after shipment. Today I finally got the package back but now he do not want the item anymore but still demands full refunds
What can I do, How can I report this ''buyer'' his account is only 3 months old with no feedback

  • I guess you could start by blocking the customer from your store entirely.
  • Maybe refund him for just the parts, and then explain why you’re blocking him. Has he left bad feedback?
  • You can report customers using the issue report option, from the actions dropdown on an order.

    As this is an EU order, the order is bound by the Consumer Contracts regulations. As the order was not delivered, even if the customer did not pick it up from a collection point, they would still need to be refunded in full.
