Is it possible to configure an option to “not send” or customize the notification email when an order is marked as shipped for local collection?
We currently have two locations for local collection, and we plan to expand to more in the coming year. It is a little confusing for our customers, as they receive our message about local pickup and then (or before that), another message about “your order was shipped.” Sometimes they contact us and ask what is correct.
Over the past 30 days, we’ve received more than 60 orders via local collection on BrickOwl.

Additionally, on the order shipment e-mail, the note from the shipping method will directly be inserted into the top of the e-mail.
Not big deal, but we need to have open hours for each places. 😅 Thanks
